TeraTron Auctions – Terms and Conditions

  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By registering on or using the TeraTron Auction platform (“the Platform”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, you must not use this platform.
  2. Role of TeraTron FZ LLC
    TeraTron FZ LLC operates solely as a digital platform that facilitates auction transactions between third-party suppliers and buyers. TeraTron does not manufacture, own, store, or deliver the goods listed. Accordingly, TeraTron FZ LLC is not liable for: – Product quality, legality, or authenticity. – Delays, damages, or failed deliveries by suppliers. – Actions or omissions by buyers or suppliers. – Any disputes between users (buyers or suppliers).
  3. Legal Waiver – By using the Platform: – All users agree not to file any lawsuit, press criminal charges, or hold TeraTron FZ LLC
    liable under any local or international law for disputes arising from use of the platform. – Users waive their rights to initiate any legal, civil, or commercial claims against TeraTron
    in any jurisdiction. – Both buyers and suppliers agree to appoint TeraTron FZ LLC as the sole and final authority
    for dispute resolution on this platform, and to comply with its decisions fully.
  4. User Responsibilities – All users (buyers and suppliers) must provide accurate and up-to-date registration details. Accept the platform’s Terms and Conditions before participating in auctions. Refrain from manipulating bids, listings, or auction processes.
  1. Auction Participation and Deposits (Buyers) – A refundable deposit of 1,500 AED is required before any buyer can participate in auctions. – This deposit is used as a commitment to bid responsibly. – If no auction is won, buyers may request a refund, subject to a 10% processing fee. – If a buyer wins an auction but fails to complete the payment, the 1,500 AED deposit will be forfeited. – Buyers must maintain a wallet balance or ensure sufficient funds are available to complete auction purchases.
  2. Product Listings and Delivery (Suppliers) – Suppliers must be pre-approved by the Admin before listing any products. – All products must meet the platform’s quality standards and listing criteria. – Suppliers must indicate clearly whether the product will be delivered or picked up by the buyer. – Suppliers are solely responsible for delivering goods to the buyer and for providing tracking or proof of delivery through the platform portal.
  3. Payments to Suppliers – Payments to suppliers will be made after 30 days from the auction close. – Funds are released only after valid proof of delivery is uploaded and the buyer confirms receipt and condition. – In cases of complaints (e.g., non-delivery or damaged goods), TeraTron may delay, withhold, or reverse payment to the supplier pending resolution.
  4. Buyer Refund Rights – Buyers may request a refund under the following conditions: The product is not delivered within the specified timeframe, + 30 days. The product arrives damaged or is not as described in the listing. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the expected delivery date through the platform’s dispute portal. TeraTron will investigate and issue a final decision. All decisions are binding and non-negotiable.
  1. Dispute Resolution – All disputes must be submitted through the platform’s official CRM system. TeraTron FZ LLC will investigate, request supporting evidence from both parties, and make a final determination. All users agree to accept TeraTron’s final decision as binding and waive the right to escalate disputes externally.
  2. Platform Availability – Access to the platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” TeraTron makes no guarantees regarding continuous availability, real-time access, or technical stability. – Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause service interruptions.
  3. Third-Party Tools & Payments – All payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. TeraTron is not responsible for any issues related to third-party tools or payment services disruptions.
  4. Limitation of Liability – TeraTron FZ LLC shall not be liable for: Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Damaged or undelivered products. Service interruptions or unauthorized access to user accounts. Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
  5. Governing Law – The laws of the United Arab Emirates govern these Terms. Any legal issues, if they arise despite the legal waiver, will fall under UAE jurisdiction.
  6. Amendments to Terms – TeraTron FZ LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
